Every day before you come to school, you will be required to fill out an online screening tool called Fit For School and Work. Upon submission, each eligible person will receive an automated response indicating clearance to access the academic and/or admissions building.
For students, proof of clearance will be requested by professors at the beginning of class sessions.
It is very important for everyone to:
Please note that we have made adaptations to our spaces in order to meet the maximum attendance and physical distancing requirements as stipulated by Alberta Health. We’ve removed and restaged the seating in classrooms and common areas in order to keep a distance of two meters between occupants. In addition, we have added signs throughout the school building that will direct traffic flow as well as inform you about the maximum occupancy in common areas such as the game room, lunchroom and fitness room. We ask that you follow the signs. Please note that occupancy in our washrooms throughout the school has been reduced to 2 people at a time.
Following the new provincial regulations announced on November 24th, 2020, the use of masks is now mandatory on our campus. Students must wear masks at all times in indoor areas of our school.
Hand sanitizer stations have been added to entrances of classrooms and common areas. At the end of each class, every attendee is responsible for disinfecting and wiping down communal surfaces such as desks and workstations.
If you start to experience symptoms of COVID-19 you will be asked to self-isolate in your room and to follow our 8 steps plan posted on our website.
Please do not forget to open the CSBS&C Response Plan, and CSBS&C COVID-19 FAQs and to read them carefully. It is mandatory that you read this material and view the orientation video before coming on campus for the first time. Looking forward to seeing you this semester!
