Becoming a Student at CSBS&C

If you’ve explored our programs and are ready to apply to CSBS&C, follow the steps below to start the application process.

Occasional Students

Students interested in taking academic courses for credit may apply as an occasional student without being fully admitted into an undergraduate or graduate degree program.

Audit Students

Students interested in auditing classes must meet the educational requirements for the respective level of study. Audit students mat audit up to two courses per semester.

Application Deadlines

Fall Semester application deadlines are:

  • July 15th for Canadian Students
  • June 15th for US Students
  • March 1st for International Students.

Spring Semester application deadlines are:

  • November 15th Canadian and US Students


We are happy to take conditional applications after the deadline but a late administration fee will apply.

Dual Enrolment

The Dual Enrolment Program at CSBS&C is offered to grade 11 and grade 12 students. Grade 11 students are permitted to enroll in one 3 credit-hour course per semester, and grade 12 students are permitted to enroll in up to two 3 credit-hour course per semester. Thus, upon completion of college courses students may receive both high school and college credits.

Requirements

Applying students must:

  • Show proof of completion of grade 10
  • Be at least 16 years of age.

Interested students should contact the Registrar for an application form and to inquire about upcoming courses being offered in the Dual Enrolment Program. Please note it is the responsibility of the student to determine whether another college or university will accept these transfer credits if there are plans to continue studying at another school in the future.
