Student Housing

Find your home away from home! The Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary and College is happy to offer on-campus living. Being here will introduce you to the freedom and responsibility that is part of the CSBS&C learning experience. Student housing is available for students, whether single or with their families, to allow for independent living with community support.

Students who take a minimum of nine (9) credit hours are considered full-time for student housing rates. Nine (9) credit hours combined in the summer and fall and /or nine (9) credit hours combined in January (one-week courses) and spring semester at CSBS&C.

We have 1-bedroom apartments as well as two (2) and three (3) bedroom townhouses located right on-campus. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. The suggested move-in day for first-year single college students is the Tuesday before orientation. All other students please contact the housing office to arrange your move-in date.

At the beginning of every school year, there is a welcome BBQ for all new tenants to meet their fellow students, staff members, and other community neighbours.
